Detailed Customer Information

In the additional information tab, you will see the driver's licenses of customers whose licenses have been scanned during a rental or sales transaction. Important tax information is displayed here, as well as any appropriate global discounts. Other defaults on this screen include:

Customized billing cycles
Whether the customer should be charged finance charges for late payments
Whether job numbers and purchase order numbers are required
Whether the customer is charged a damage waiver
Customer statement preferences.

Up to three kinds of insurance requirements and expiration dates may be recorded, and your customers' year-to-date and life-to-date historical figures are readily available on this screen.
