The Statements Menu has now been redesigned for faster processing, saving you time! An additional “options” tab has been added which includes the ability to include details after a certain date, include paid invoices (on statement date), include zero balance, balances over a certain amount, as well as all balances, and exclude invoice details.
From the “Home” tab, you are able to select statement date, type of customer statement (email, print, or all), customer type (cash, charge or all), and the ability to print/email all statements for all customers or just one customer.
As always, you are allowed to export statement details to Excel, preview statements prior to emailing or printing. New in this function is your ability to right-click on an invoice to print, preview, or process individual statements. You can also choose to include or not include any generated statement by checking or unchecking the blue box to your left.
